Is WA Bulk Message Sender free to use?

  • Yes. WAWebSender is a WhatsApp sender with a Free Forever Plan covering essential bulk messaging features. You can upgrade to the Pro version to unlock advanced features like attachments.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel subscription anytime.

  • If your WhatsApp account is in use, you can directly cancel through the button on the up-right corner of WA Bulk Message Sender.
  • If your WhatsApp account is banned or unable to use, you need to find email of Bulk Sender Active Code. The unsubscribe link is at the bottom of the email.

I purchased but did not receive my activation code.

  • Check your email inbox for messages from WAPI Sender. The activation code is included in the email.
  • Check the spam or ads folders to ensure the email didn't get filtered there by mistake.
  • If you still can't find the email, please Contact US via WhatsApp . Please provide with your email when contacting for help so that you can get efficient assistance.

My account was blocked, can the activate code be used by another account?

  • No, The activate code you paid for is bound to your phone number and does not support switching. At present, we do not have a package that supports switching.

Why am I unable to send messages?

  • Verify that your contacts are formatted correctly.
  • Ensure you have not exceeded any messaging limits.
